NYU is HUGE. Sometimes, it seems almost overwhelming! But that's just what I love about this school. There's simply so much to do here and there's always something going on. You can catch a live concert at the Kimmel Center or a street show in the park. One thing I LOVE is the huge array of student clubs and activities. I've served as the Facilitator of the All-University Sophomore Class Council, a Welcome Week Leader, a dancer in the International Filipino Association's Dance Team, and a member of LS's Dean's Circle University Scholars Program, and Admissions Ambassador and a Freshman Orientation Leader. I also spent a semester studying at NYU's campus in Prague. I spent a summer interning at the William J. Clinton Foundation in Harlem. I am a work study student in the LS Offices, so if you're visiting, don't be shy to say "Hello!" LS is a program that will definitely make you feel at home. You'll constantly see familiar faces from your classes and teachers who know you by name. You'll create stronger bonds than you would any where else. I've come to know and love the LS Family, and I'm sure you will too.
